Quality Control Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Control Manager to join our leading production company in the sector. The Quality Control Manager will be responsible for managing and improving the Quality Management System, overseeing audits and calibrations, ensuring compliance with GMP and ISO standards, and driving continuous improvement across all quality-related processes. Responsibilities Prepare, maintain, and update Quality Management System documentation in compliance with GMP and ISO standards Coordinate and conduct internal audits Participate in certification audits and act as a guide for auditors Periodically review departmental processes and ensure their continuous improvement Manage and follow up calibration activities Monitor and implement updates related to national and international standards Deliver trainings related to quality systems and lean practices Define test/control characteristics and prepare test standards and inspection plans Plan and monitor corrective and/or preventive actions in case of deviations from quality targets during raw material acceptance, production, shipment, and post-shipment stages Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Pharmacy 10+ years of hands-on experience in Quality Control in a multinational FMCG organization Preferably holding GMP, ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001 Internal Auditor certifications Proficient in MS Office applications Fluent in written and spoken English Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Flexible and adaptable to extended working hours when required Required Skills Hands-on experience in Quality Control within a multinational FMCG environment Proficiency in MS Office applications Fluent written and spoken English Strong communication and teamwork abilities Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment Flexibility and adaptability to extended working hours when required GMP, ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001 Internal Auditor certifications
