Motion Designer 📍 Location: Akmerkez (4 Days in Office, 1 Day Remote) ⏳ Job Type: Full Time About Slayz Slayz is a modern investment platform operating in Turkey’s capital markets, powered by the infrastructure of Dinamik Menkul Değerler. We build simple, reliable, and intuitive investing experiences that help a new generation of users understand finance, access markets, and make smarter financial decisions. What You’ll Do • Create motion graphics and animations for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, Reddit, and YouTube. • Produce engaging short form and long form video content for social media, digital campaigns, and brand storytelling. • Design animated advertisements, promotional videos, product launches, feature announcements, and campaign assets. • Create animations for the Slayz mobile app, website, landing pages, presentations, and app store assets. • Edit videos for product marketing, educational content, interviews, events, and employer branding. • Develop motion assets for email campaigns, push notifications, in app communication, and CRM marketing. • Work closely with marketing, product, design, growth, and leadership teams to transform ideas into high quality visual content. • Ensure all creative work is consistent with the Slayz brand identity and visual language. • Stay up to date with motion design trends, social media formats, creator content, and platform best practices. • Organize project files, templates, and reusable animation assets. Who You Are • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, Animation, Fine Arts, or a related field. • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in motion design, video editing, or multimedia design. • Strong portfolio demonstrating motion graphics, animation, and video editing work. • Advanced knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop. • Experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, Reddit, and YouTube. • Good understanding of typography, composition, pacing, transitions, sound design, and storytelling. • Experience creating short form vertical videos and social first content. • Comfortable collaborating with marketing, product, designers, and content creators. • Able to manage multiple creative projects while meeting deadlines. • Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating polished visual experiences. • Interested in FinTech, investing, digital products, and modern brand communication. Bonus Points • Experience working in a FinTech company, investment platform, technology company, or creative agency. • Experience creating paid advertising creatives for Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, Reddit, and YouTube. • Experience designing UI animations, product walkthroughs, explainer videos, or micro interactions. • Experience using Figma, Cinema 4D, Blender, Adobe Animate, Rive, or Lottie. • Experience with color grading, sound design, and advanced video editing techniques. • Familiarity with app store videos, product marketing, CRM campaigns, push notifications, and lifecycle marketing. • Understanding of creator culture, social media trends, and platform specific content strategies.
