Africa Region Manager – Marketing & Business Development

We are currently looking for a Africa Region Manager – Marketing & Business Development Executive to join our team. Role We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to lead Liv Hospital's growth across Africa by developing strategic partnerships with Ministries of Health, government institutions, corporates, and referral partners, while driving sustainable patient referrals and business growth. Qualifications Develop and manage strategic partnerships with Ministries of Health, government entities, corporates, embassies, and referral partners across Africa. Identify and secure new business opportunities, government tenders, and institutional agreements. Manage second medical opinion requests, treatment plans, and quotations. Build long-term relationships to generate sustainable patient referrals. Achieve regional business development and revenue targets. Coordinate seamless communication between patients, partners, physicians, and hospital teams. Represent Liv Hospital at regional meetings, conferences, and official business events. Responsibilities Fluent in English, French, and Turkish. Proven experience in business development within African healthcare markets. Strong track record in building government and institutional partnerships. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Highly organized, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
