Video Production Specialist

Media İstanbul, Türkiye Full-time Job Responsibilities Video Production Actively participate in the concept development, scriptwriting, and planning phases of video projects. Identify and organize the necessary equipment and locations for filming. Shoot high-quality footage using professional cameras, sound recording devices, and lighting equipment. Edit and assemble the filmed footage, adding visual effects and animations. Team Management Manage and direct the filming crew (cameramen, sound technicians, lighting technicians, etc.). Coordinate with actors and other participants. Manage the project budget and track expenses. Complete filming according to the project schedule. Post Production Perform color correction, sound mixing, and mastering of video projects. Prepare video projects for publication on different platforms (TV, internet, social media, etc.). Protect the copyrights of video projects and obtain the necessary permissions. Analyze and report on the performance of video projects. Creative Content Development Develop new video formats and content ideas. Follow trends and implement innovative approaches. Create creative video campaigns to increase brand awareness. Ensure the suitability of video projects for the target audience. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Communication, Radio-TV, Fine Arts, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in video production. Expertise in the use of professional camera and sound equipment. Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve. Creative thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills. Team management and leadership qualities. English language proficiency (to work on international projects).
