Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in related fields Minimum 4 years of experience in E-commerce preferably in Retail industry Spoken and written English language skills Advanced knowledge of MS Office Reporting and analysis skills Proactive, result-oriented and highly organizational Support open communication and feedback culture Open to change and innovation Job Description: Controlling all order metrics and developing payment solutions of Omnichannel operations Managing fuction of all Fraud & Whole sale purchases, managing their cancellation Developing new payment projects and optimising current ones Answering Fraud questions and developing actions to able to prevent Fraud Matching EFT & Transfer Payments within 24 hours and preventing customer dissatisfaction Managing and controlling installment structure of the website according to company needs Controlling payment methods performance on a Daily,weekly and monthly basis and reporting and taking necessary actions to able to increase their success ratios Working closely with IT & Web Management & E-commerce teams to able to offer perfect customer order process Controlling and managing DMC, MEX and Bulut Tahsilat process of Omni team Reporting order journey & payment options of our competitors on a weekly basis Checking our website payment journey on a daily basis and reporting daily if they any blockers or not Answering all request of E-com Oracle system related with payment issues In our journey which is driven with our goal of becoming the first choice as the trustedretailer for tailored solutions in a tech-driven world, we are growing rapidly with more than 100 stores today in Turkey.
