You will lead financial reporting, internal controls, audit, tax, and accounting policy, and build the team and processes needed to support multi-site production at scale. The ideal candidate has led accounting in a manufacturing or high-growth environment, is equally comfortable setting policy and executing the close, and wants to build the systems rather than inherit them.
