Senior Financial Reporting Specialist

We have a wide range of clients operating in different sectors. We are currently looking for a ' Senior Financial Reporting Specialist ' for our İstanbul Office. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field (Master’s degree preferred). Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent) in progress or completed is an advantage. 4–5 years of progressive accounting/finance experience, with at least 2–3 years in financial reporting or consolidation. Hands-on knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, or local GAAP reporting standards. Experience in preparing or reviewing consolidated financial statements and handling multi-entity/multi-currency reporting. Prior audit experience (Big 4 or similar) is a strong plus. Exposure to reporting for public or large multinational companies is desirable. Solid understanding of financial reporting standards and compliance requirements. Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.) and reporting tools (HFM, OneStream, Tagetik, or similar) would be an advantage. Strong Excel and data analysis capabilities. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and present financial data. Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and timeliness. Ability to optimize and standardize reporting processes. Strong communication skills, able to interact effectively with finance teams and management. Demonstrated ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities. Familiarity with audit, tax, and compliance frameworks impacting reporting. Comfortable working in fast-paced and international environments. High integrity, professionalism, and commitment to corporate governance.
