The company provides mission-critical products and supply chain solutions to customers across the aerospace and defense industry. This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Financial Analyst to join a growing finance organization and work closely with senior leadership on financial planning, analysis, reporting, and business decision support. The ideal candidate will bring 2–5 years of experience and a background in manufacturing, distribution, inventory, or another operationally complex environment. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, budgets, and long-range plans. Analyze financial and operational performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities. Partner with accounting, operations, supply chain, and business leaders to support decision-making. Analyze inventory, gross margin, pricing, COGS, working capital, and operational KPIs. Prepare monthly management reporting and variance analysis. Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes. Assist with financial analysis related to acquisitions, capital investments, and growth initiatives. Build and improve reporting tools, dashboards, and financial models. Provide ad hoc analysis and insights to senior leadership. Qualifications 2–5 years of progressive financial analysis / FP&A experience. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Experience within manufacturing, distribution, aerospace, industrial, or inventory-driven businesses strongly preferred. Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Advanced Excel skills with the ability to build and maintain financial models. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work cross-functionally with accounting and operational teams.
