Senior Financial Analyst

Senior Financial Analyst, Corporate FP&A A large, established organization is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support enterprise financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and business decision-making. This role blends core FP&A responsibilities with growing analytical and digital capabilities, offering exposure to broader organizational transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, scenario planning, and business case development Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend identification, and KPI reporting Partner with business leaders across the organization to support planning cycles, strategic initiatives, and long-range planning Monitor performance against targets and recommend corrective actions Collaborate with Accounting, HR, and other functions to ensure data accuracy and integrity Prepare financial narratives and executive-level summaries Support special projects including acquisitions and process improvement initiatives Act as a liaison between finance and business units, translating needs into analytical solutions Improve financial reporting tools, dashboards, and analytics capabilities Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field 5+ years of progressive FP&A experience at a corporate or multi-divisional level Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling and data analysis Experience with financial systems, ERP platforms, and business intelligence tools Preferred MBA, CPA, CMA, or other relevant certification Experience in healthcare, multi-site operations, or service-based organizations Experience with enterprise planning platforms Why This Opportunity?
