Robotic Process Automation Developer

About the job We are looking for RPA Developers who will digitalize business processes, using various technologies including RPA for automation of process. You will participate in designing and implementing automation solutions utilizing tools like RPA (UiPath), Web Services, Web Forms, Excel VBA and SQL or other informal processes within business teams. This role offers many exciting challenges and opportunities: You will participate in UiPath (RPA), Visual Basic (VBA), C# and SQL automation of processes You will enhance your proficiency on requirements gathering, automating, developing, testing and system operability You will further develop your knowledge and practical skills around these technologies: RPA (UiPath), Visual Basic (VBA) / SQL /C# Responsibilities Design and develop of new automation solutions and be responsible for on-time delivery of all required tasks Design and develop LLM-based AI and automation solutions Partner with internal customers to assess needs and design solutions to improve efficiencies by automating repetitive and/or manual processes; improve controls through standardization of workflows Research and recommend new and existing technologies to meet business needs, including creating prototypes, design documents, and solution designs Identify areas of opportunity for new automation and continuous improvement Plan and execute secure, good practice data management strategies and approaches Continuous improvement; provide end-user technical support and performance-tune automated processes as necessary Collaborate with the team on required support related to automation You will enhance your proficiency on requirements gathering, automating, developing, testing and system operability Testing the stability and functionality of automated processes Managing and monitoring the automation platforms Searching and developing new solutions Ability to manage exception handling in automation processes Working experience with Web/API environments (HTTP,RESTful,web services), Frontend (HTML,CSS,JS) , MSSQL, Office Applications (Excel VBA Macro) Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering 5+ years experience in RPA tools and cognitive platforms such as UiPath, Hands-on experience designing and developing LLM-based AI solutions Experience in any of the programming languages C# .Net,Visual Basic (VBA), Experience with SQL Good knowledge of Process Mining, Understanding workflow diagrams, PDD (Process Design Document) and preparing TDD (technical design documents) Ability to learn new RPA tools and Technologies Having data structure and algorithm knowledge Experience developing and consuming APIs(e.g. REST,SOAP) Knowledge of a source control system (e.g. TFS, Git, SVN) Excellent communicator to tackle business problems with both technical and non-technical audiences Excellent communication/presentation skills, both verbal and written, along with the ability to influence and demonstrate confidence in communications Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to multi-task; high degree of organization and proven track record of managing multiple, competing projects and priorities simultaneously Positive and flexible attitude to enable adjusting to different needs in an ever-changing environment
