Litigation Associate

The Chicago office of a well known national law firm is looking for an associate with 2-4 years of trade secret/non-compete law experience. The candidate should possess excellent academic credentials and his/her experience should include significant litigation experience. The candidate must have excellent writing and communication skilss. The candidate must be licensed to practice law in the state of Illinois. Candidates should possess a strong academic background and superior drafting and negotiation skills, possess the ability to take on significant responsibility for deal management and work product. be diligent, proactive, detail oriented, supportive, and team oriented.
