SMT Supervisor

As we continue to scale our manufacturing capabilities and strengthen our market presence, we are looking for a "SMT Supervisor" to join our team and support our sustainable growth. Role Overview To take ownership of the day-to-day operational management of the SMT line; to ensure shift planning, staff deployment and production targets (quantity, quality, OEE) are met fully and on time. This position reports to: Production Manager. Key Responsibilities Prepare and implement the daily/weekly shift and staff deployment plan Track SMT production targets (quantity, efficiency, scrap rate) and take action on deviations Timely report line stoppages, breakdowns and material shortages to relevant units (Equipment Engineering, Warehouse, PMC) Coordinate the implementation of first-piece/last-piece inspection processes Monitor compliance with safety, 5S and quality rules on the shop floor Conduct staff performance evaluations and manage disciplinary processes when required Qualifications Associate/Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Industrial or Mechatronics Engineering or related field At least 3 years of SMT line experience, preferably 1 year of team/shift management experience Experience tracking production via MES/ERP systems Availability for shift-based work Leadership and team management Results orientation Problem solving Effective communication Decision-making under pressure
