Pricing Specialist

About the Role We are looking for a Specialist, Pricing and Quotation Operations to support the execution and continuous improvement of our pricing and quotation processes. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring pricing accuracy, operational excellence, and process standardization across the organization. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Commercial Excellence, and cross-functional teams to drive efficient quotation management, optimize pricing operations, and support profitable business growth. This position requires strong analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and a continuous improvement mindset. Job Description Execute daily pricing and quotation operations in line with company policies and commercial strategies. Prepare, review, and manage customer quotations while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery. Support the implementation and maintenance of pricing frameworks, commercial policies, and quotation processes. Analyze pricing trends, profitability, and quotation performance to identify improvement opportunities. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other business stakeholders to support commercial decision making. Monitor pricing and quotation KPIs and provide regular reporting and insights. Drive process simplification, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with global pricing guidelines, governance, and approval processes. Support escalated pricing and quotation-related inquiries and provide guidance to relevant stakeholders. Contribute to projects aimed at improving commercial effectiveness, operational efficiency, and customer experience. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering (required). Minimum 4 years of professional experience in pricing, quotation management, commercial operations, sales support, business operations, or related functions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. Experience working with ERP, CRM, pricing, or quotation management systems. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on operational excellence. Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Preferred Qualifications Experience in multinational and matrix organizations. Knowledge of pricing methodologies, commercial policies, and quotation processes. Familiarity with Power BI or other reporting and analytics tools. Experience supporting cross-functional projects and process improvement initiatives.
