Sr. Data Modeler

Responsibilities: Responsible for transforming business information into logical/physical data models esp for CRM/ Customer 360 Environment Develop and document conceptual logical data model and document business vocabulary for the base and semantic layers. Collaborate on developing/document modeling standards, processes and best practices. Adhere to the standards and provide recommendations for changes Required: 8+ years of IT expericne in Data analysis and modeling Experience using Data Modeling tools such As Erwin Experience in working and creating 3rd Normal Forms ( ODS) and Dimensional models ( OLAP) Skilled in authoring technical documentation and performing reviews, design, data manipulation, and creative problem solving Strong experience in CRM systems ( esp in SFDC , Customer MDM , Eloqua, CPQ ) Excellent communication skills, both written and oral Must have excellent client-facing skills; solid teamwork and interpersonal skills; strong ability to work independently when appropriate Interacts and/or negotiates effectively with external and/or internal customers at all levels Experience in large data warehouse implementations is a must Experience in Netezza or Oracle is a plus Strong experience in using SQL Ability to work independently or collaboratively Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Education: MS/BS degree in a computer science field or related discipline Apply today!
