Financial Controller – Central Europe Preferred Location: Turkey (open across Europe) Role: Hybrid or fully remote working according to location Travel: 2–4 trips per year Looking for more than a traditional Financial Controller role? Join our Central Europe Finance team and play a key role in supporting financial performance across multiple European countries. This is a highly visible regional role where you'll partner with country finance teams, support strategic decision-making, lead forecasting activities, and help drive continuous improvement across the business. You'll gain exposure to regional, divisional and international finance leadership while working in a collaborative, high-impact environment. What You'll Do Lead the regional forecasting cycle across multiple countries Deliver financial reporting, analysis and commercial insights Partner with finance teams and senior stakeholders across Europe Support budgeting, planning and performance management Drive process improvement and automation initiatives Help strengthen financial controls, governance and reporting standards What We're Looking For Experience in FP&A, Financial Control, Reporting or Audit Strong understanding of finance, accounting and IFRS Advanced Excel skills Strong analytical and problem-solving capability Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Excellent command of written and spoken English A proactive, adaptable approach with a desire to learn and grow Service and/or Project based business experience with POC understanding Experience with Power BI, Tagetik, MS CRM would be an advantage Why Join Us?
