Sales Consultant - 100 Unit Assisted Living Community

The Sales Consultant position is a full-time leadership role within the retirement community. This position entails consulting with potential residents and their families to determine needs and discuss living and care options provided by the community. This position requires a high level of community outreach to doctors, hospitals, clubs, referral agencies, and partner communities. The Sales Consultant is a salaried position with base and bonus based on performance. A successful candidate will be motivated and outgoing with a natural disposition to work with people. In addition they will have: Excellent communication skills Proven sales record in highly consultative multi-party sales Self-Starter 3-5 yrs experience Bonus Qualifications Include: College Degree Experience in Senior Housing or Medical Industry The Sales Consultant role is a Full-time salaried position and the expected start date is ASAP.
