Senior IoT Developer

Role Description This full-time, on-site Senior IoT Developer role is based in Avcilar and focuses on designing, implementing, and maintaining end-to-end IoT solutions. The Senior IoT Developer will architect device-to-cloud integrations, develop embedded and application-level software, and ensure reliable data acquisition and processing from connected devices. Day-to-day responsibilities include configuring and programming IoT hardware such as Raspberry Pi, optimizing system performance, troubleshooting connectivity and security issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. The role also involves mentoring junior developers, participating in code reviews, contributing to technical documentation, and supporting deployment and maintenance of production IoT systems. Qualifications Demonstrated expertise in Internet of Things (IoT) platforms and ecosystems, including device connectivity, communication protocols, and cloud integration. Strong background in Software Development and Programming, with proficiency in languages commonly used for IoT solutions (e.g., Python, C/C++, JavaScript, or similar). Hands-on experience with IoT hardware such as Raspberry Pi and related sensors, modules, interfacing and communication technologies. Knowledge of Inductive Output Tube (IOT) or other relevant RF/high-power electronic components and their integration into larger systems. Solid understanding of networking, cybersecurity principles for connected devices, and data handling in distributed systems. Ability to design scalable, maintainable architectures and to work with version control, CI/CD pipelines, and testing frameworks. Experience collaborating in multidisciplinary teams, mentoring peers, and communicating complex technical concepts clearly. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or similar) and IoT-specific services is highly beneficial.
