# Concierge/Receptionist

Walker Methodist Care Suites seeks a Concierge/Receptionist to manage very busy front desk phones and interact with clients and customers via phone and in person. Part-time, 3:15 to 8:30 pm every other Saturday and Sunday. High level of professionalism and personal standard of a positive attitude, behavior and appearance Communicate effectively and provide outstanding customer service with the ability to speak clearly and distinctly Sensitivity to resident needs and the ability to build positive relationships Ability to embrace our values of respect, imagination and collaboration Prioritize, organize, problem solve and meet deadlines and goals Deal with emergencies calmly and effectively High School diploma or equivalent One year of experience in a receptionist/customer service-related position and basic computer skills Ability to live Walker Methodists Customer Service Principles Ability to embrace Walker Methodists Mission: Life.
