Junior Legal & Compliance Associate

We are looking for a Junior Legal & Compliance Associate to join our Legal & Compliance team. If you have some hands-on legal experience and are looking to further develop your career in legal and compliance matters within an international pharmaceutical environment, this role could be a great fit for you. The position will report directly to the Global Legal & Compliance Manager and will work closely with cross-functional teams across the organization and with international stakeholders. 🔎 What we’re looking for: Law degree (LL.B.) 1–3 years of relevant post-qualification experience Successfully passed the Legal Profession Entrance Exam (HMGS), completed legal internship, and admitted to the Bar Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a strong plus Experience in contract law, international agreements and/or compliance is a plus Excellent command of English, both written and spoken Strong analytical thinking, legal research, and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility Collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and work closely with cross-functional teams Good communication and coordination skills Interest in corporate and commercial law is a plus ⚖️ What you’ll be doing: Supporting day-to-day legal and compliance activities Assisting in drafting, reviewing, and revising local and international agreements Handling and coordinating legal requests from internal stakeholders Supporting internal audit processes and follow-up actions Contributing to compliance processes, assessments, and documentation Conducting legal research and preparing legal/compliance reports Monitoring regulatory developments and informing relevant teams Supporting the identification, assessment, and reporting of legal and compliance risks Supporting the implementation and continuous improvement of internal legal and compliance processes Working closely with the Global Legal & Compliance Manager and relevant internal stakeholders on ongoing projects 🌍 What we offer: Hands-on exposure to international legal and compliance matters Opportunity to work closely with global and cross-functional teams A dynamic environment within the pharmaceutical industry Opportunities for professional development and learning
