This is a sales-focused role for someone who enjoys working with people, is motivated by goals, and wants the opportunity to grow their income and career. You’ll gain hands-on experience in insurance sales, customer relationships, and business development while receiving ongoing training and coaching. No previous insurance experience? That’s okay. LICENSING AND TRAINING You do not need to begin with insurance experience, but you must be willing to learn. A Michigan Property and Casualty insurance license is required to sell insurance. Candidates who are not currently licensed must be willing to complete the licensing process before beginning sales responsibilities.
