GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field from a university, Minimum 5 years of experience in Knitwear Design, Strong knowledge of knit fabrics and garment production processes, Strong negotiation and supplier management skills, Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, Advanced level of English proficiency. JOB DESCRIPTION Create seasonal concepts and product stories aligned with the brand identity, Adapt global fashion trends, leading brands, and market research into the Colin's design vision, Drive innovation while maintaining consistency with the brand DNA, Develop mood boards for colors, silhouettes, fabrics, and trims, Utilize trend research and performance insights to influence future collections, Manage the assigned styles throughout the entire process, from sample development to bulk production, Prepare clear and detailed technical packs for suppliers, Review and improve samples to ensure the correct fit, fabric quality, and finishing, Manage product development processes and collaborate with Far East suppliers, Demonstrate in-depth technical knowledge of garment construction and fabrics, applying this expertise throughout the costing process, Design with strong commercial awareness by optimizing fabrics, embellishments, and finishes across different price points, Prepare impactful product presentations and seasonal range plans.
