Qualifications Preferably a bachelor's degree in Aeronautical/Aerospace Engineering, Industrial Engineering, another engineering discipline, or a field related to aviation. Strong English proficiency. Good computer skills; working experience in MS Office. Familiarity with international civil aviation regulations. Good understanding of compliance standards and/or regulations. Good team player, able to work with staff at all levels. Ability to manage a high workload, multiple priorities, and deadlines effectively. Self-motivated with a solutions-focused approach to challenges and opportunities. Adaptable to changing conditions and willing to help across various departments. Preferably a second language. Working experience in compliance management in aviation is an advantage. Tasks Monitor and analyze new/revised aviation regulations from authorities and entities such as EASA, Turkish DGCA, UK CAA, etc. Assess regulatory impact on company operations, manuals, and certificates (AOC, TCO, etc.); prepare impact summaries for the reporting manager. Track action item completion across departments and ensure regulatory updates are reflected in company documents. Maintain liaison with regulatory authorities and external entities. Perform compliance checks of departmental documents against applicable regulations. Perform reviews and compliance checks on company manuals in accordance with regulatory changes or company standards. Support the maintenance of the Departmental manual and the distribution of documentation. Follow up on the validity and renewal of approvals and certificates. Prepare and coordinate application packages through the authority or entity system for AOC, Operations Specifications, aircraft certificates, etc. Coordinate incoming/outgoing correspondence and maintain records. Coordinate the Aircraft Delivery/Redelivery process with all departments. Assist the reporting manager with Certification & Standardization tasks and deputies for routine, non-approval tasks as directed. Optimize the Integrated Management System for efficiency.
