Expect exciting projects and versatile tasks, such as: Your Responsibilities Analyzing customer demand and service-related data to identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities. Conducting complaint and root-cause analyses, providing actionable insights to support operational excellence. Preparing and maintaining regular reports, dashboards and KPI analyses. Supporting operational teams with data-driven recommendations to enhance service quality and process efficiency. Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to drive continuous improvement initiatives and improve customer experience. Your Profile Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Proficient in English. Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint). At least 2 years of experience in business analytics, operations, customer service, demand management or a related field.
