As part of this strong organization, we are looking for a “Senior Financial Reporting Specialist” who will actively contribute to our financial reporting processes at our Head Office in Istanbul. What You’ll Do? Prepare quarterly stand-alone and consolidated financial reports and disclosures in accordance with IFRS and TFRS, Perform annual reporting for regulatory authorities (BRSA), Conduct quarterly analytical reviews of consolidated financial statements and report findings to top management, Manage and coordinate relationships with external auditors, financial institutions, and other stakeholders, Prepare management reports regarding project and segment performance, Monitor organizational changes within the Group (mergers, acquisitions, disposals) and reflect these changes in financial statements, Support documentation processes related to audits, tenders, and national/international organizations, Assist in monitoring financial covenants and obligations under financing agreements and take necessary actions. What We Expect from You? Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field from a reputable university, Minimum 4 years of experience in one of the Big Four audit firms, Strong command of written and spoken English, Proven experience in consolidation processes, Strong analytical thinking skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment, Strong teamwork, communication, and stakeholder management skills, Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and Word, SAP experience and/or CPA or CFA qualification is considered an asset.
