Supply Chain Specialist

We’re Hiring: Supply Chain Specialist | Turkey 🇹🇷 Are you passionate about supply chain, logistics, and turning operational challenges into smooth solutions? We are looking for a hands-on Supply Chain Specialist to join our team in Turkey and support the efficient flow of our commercial air conditioning products from warehouse to customer. In this role, you will be at the center of daily operations — working with data, coordinating with logistics partners, supporting warehouse activities, and helping improve processes to ensure reliable and timely deliveries. What You’ll Do Support WMS/TMS processes to ensure accurate and continuous operations Manage 3PL logistics activities, including order creation, shipment coordination, and delivery tracking Maintain alignment between system records, physical inventory, and shipment activities Support stocktaking activities, documentation, and reporting Proactively track shipments and act as the key contact for logistics partners Prepare and analyze reports on inventory, order fulfillment, and logistics performance Collaborate with sales, customer service, carriers, and internal teams to keep operations running smoothly Travel to warehouses, logistics partners, and operational locations when required to ensure smooth execution Support issue resolution by responding effectively to operational challenges and unexpected situations What We’re Looking For ✅ Bachelor’s degree in relevant field ✅ 2-3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or warehouse operations ✅ Strong Microsoft Excel skills ✅ Understanding of inventory management principles and a data-driven mindset ✅ Strong problem-solving and crisis management skills ✅ Organized, adaptable, and comfortable managing complex processes in a fast-paced environment ✅ Fluent English communication skills ✅ Valid driving license and ability to travel without restrictions Nice to Have Hands-on experience with SAP or similar ERP systems If you enjoy solving problems, improving processes, and taking ownership in dynamic operational environments, we’d love to hear from you!
