About the Job Mars Men is one of the fastest growing DTC brands in the US, achieving $100M run rate in less then 18 months. Recently backed by L Catterton, Mars Men is positioned to become the leading men’s health brand in the supplement space. We operate across DTC, retail, and emerging channels, and are entering our next phase of growth as we continue scaling the business. We’re looking for a world-class Lead Designer to shape and elevate how Mars Men shows up across every digital touchpoint. This is a senior, hands-on role for a multidisciplinary designer who can move seamlessly across high-converting landing pages, ecommerce site experiences, brand systems, campaigns, and paid social statics. You’ll set the creative standard, lead our most important design work, and build and manage a high-performing design function in close partnership with our Growth, eCommerce, Brand, and Performance Creative teams.
