If you love the rush of building a pipeline from nothing, turning a scroll into a phone number, and a phone number into a booked appointment, this role was built for you. As our Lead Generation Specialist, you won't wait for leads to land in your inbox — you'll go out and create them across Facebook Marketplace, ILS platforms, and social media, then work the phones and the DMs until a prospect is on the calendar. Once the appointment is booked and the handoff is clean, our Sales & Leasing Agents take it from there. This is a fast-paced, metrics-driven role: success starts with consistently generating 500+ leads per month and converting them into appointments that actually show up. Depending on inventory and lead volume, you may support one community or several, and work on site, remotely, or in a hybrid setup. What You’ll Own
