Community Operations Associat

Role Description The Community Operations Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in İskenderun, focused on supporting and growing local communities connected to 3Business’s digital and 5G initiatives. This role involves coordinating community programs and events, managing day-to-day communication with community members, and maintaining strong relationships with customers, partners, and educational institutions. The Community Operations Associate will respond to inquiries, provide customer support, and ensure community feedback is captured and shared with internal teams to improve services and solutions. Additional responsibilities include monitoring community engagement metrics, preparing reports, assisting with outreach campaigns, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver a consistent, high-quality community experience. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Community Engagement and Community Management skills to support, grow, and sustain active communities. Candidates should possess excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders. Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain positive relationships. Candidates should possess organizational and time management skills to coordinate events, programs, and multiple community activities. Relevant experience in community operations, customer success, or outreach roles, ideally within technology or telecommunications sectors, is beneficial. A bachelor’s degree in communications, business, marketing, social sciences, or a related field is preferred. Comfort with digital tools, collaboration platforms, and basic data reporting on engagement metrics is an advantage. Ability to work on-site in İskenderun, with a proactive, flexible approach and commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory community practices.
