Quality Control Supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry, Minimum 6 years of experience in analytical laboratories within the pharmaceutical industry, Proven leadership experience and strong managerial skills, Solid knowledge of cGMP, cGLP, and SAP systems, Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, Team-oriented and customer-focused mindset, Strong analytical thinking and decision-making skills, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Proficient in MS Office applications, Fluent in English (both written and spoken). JOB DESCRIPTION Ensure full and effective implementation of GMP requirements as defined by the Ministry of Health, Manage all aspects of health, safety, quality, and environmental compliance in the responsible area, Ensure operations are in line with local legislation, internal guidelines/procedures, and business continuity standards, Organize emergency preparedness efforts according to global and local requirements, Plan and supervise sampling and laboratory analysis of finished products, Review, evaluate, and approve analysis results, Perform SAP-based release of finished products, Report laboratory data to the Quality Control Manager, Lead laboratory investigations and ensure accurate root cause analysis, Support team members to complete all analysis and documentation in a timely and accurate manner, Safeguard the confidentiality of documents and analytical methods, Contribute to cost-saving and efficiency improvement projects, Perform additional responsibilities assigned by management in accordance with methods, procedures, and workflows.
