Quality Leader

This is an exciting opportunity to become our Quality Leader in GOTEC Bonding Systems Bursa, Türkiye, where you'll use your analytical mindset to strengthen quality systems, lead continuous improvement initiatives, and work with international teams while experiencing a new culture and environment. We are looking for person with: Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Management, Quality Assurance, within the automotive industry. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Quality Management, Materials Engineering, or a related technical discipline. Good knowledge of quality management systems, particularly IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and customer-specific requirements. Experience in leading internal, customer, and certification audits; implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Practical experience with quality tools such as 8D, FMEA, APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, Control Plans, and Root Cause Analysis. Experience in supplier quality management and customer complaint handling. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills with the ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives. Very good English, both spoken and written; communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and colleagues. Primary responsibilities: Maintain, develop, and improve Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001, customer-specific requirements. Ensure compliance with internal standards, customer requirements, and applicable regulatory requirements. Lead internal, external, customer, and certification audits and coordinate corrective actions resulting from audit findings. Manage complaints using structured problem-solving methodologies (8D, Root Cause Analysis) and timely closure. Monitor quality performance through KPIs, analyse trends, and implement improvement initiatives. Lead and support APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan, MSA, and SPC activities for new and existing products. Cooperate closely with Production, R&D, Purchasing, Sales, and Supply Chain for consistent product quality. Develop and monitor supplier quality performance, participate in supplier qualification, audits, and development. Lead and coach the Quality team, promoting a culture of quality, continuous improvement, and customer focus.
