Who we are looking for: DRGO is looking for a talented Patients Coordinator to Join our Clinic Team Key Responsibilities Coordinate the complete patient journey from arrival to departure. Schedule consultations, treatments, and follow-up appointments. Communicate with international patients via WhatsApp, phone, and email. Coordinate airport transfers, hotel reservations, and clinic appointments. Work closely with doctors, translators, sales teams, and clinic departments to ensure smooth operations. Welcome patients upon arrival and provide support throughout their treatment process. Explain treatment schedules, clinic procedures, and daily plans. Update patient information accurately in the CRM system. Resolve patient concerns promptly while maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction. Ensure excellent communication between patients and the medical team. Assist with administrative tasks and maintain accurate patient records. Qualifications Previous experience as a Patient Coordinator, Medical Coordinator, Customer Relations Specialist, or in Medical Tourism is highly preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Fluent in English and Turkish.
