Material Planning Specialist

Key Responsibilities Determining material requirements in alignment with production schedules, Creating and issuing purchase orders to suppliers based on requirements, and preparing monthly, weekly, and daily delivery schedules, Monitoring stock levels and requirements continuously to ensure timely material procurement from suppliers without causing any production downtime, Communicating with suppliers to track material production, shipment, receiving, and return processes, Keeping safety stocks and material inventory at optimum levels, and developing strategies to achieve target stock levels, Taking part in projects aimed at improving the material procurement process, Ensuring necessary communication across all departments, particularly with Production, Planning, Purchasing, and Logistics, as required by the role. Qualifications Graduate of university degree programs, preferably in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or Business Administration, At least 3 years of experience in material planning, Hands-on experience with SAP PP and MM modules, Proficient in MS Office programs (advanced level of Excel is required), Preferably a good command of English, Strong analytical thinking mindset with advanced analysis and reporting skills, High sense of ownership, solution-oriented, and strong communication skills, Completed military service for male candidates, Residing or able to reside on the Anatolian Side of Istanbul, Gebze, or surrounding areas.
