# Senior Financial Analyst

Are you the finance pro who turns spreadsheets into strategy? We're partnering with a company with real momentum behind it that’s looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst to sit at the intersection of numbers and decision-making, reporting directly to the CFO. This isn't a back-office analyst role. You'll be in the room where budgets get built, forecasts get stress-tested, and business leaders come to you for answers. What you'll own: Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles, building models that give real visibility into performance Dig into monthly variances, profitability by customer/product/location, and flag risks before they become problems Build KPI dashboards that leadership actually uses to make decisions Partner directly with Operations, Sales, and Accounting leaders, not just report to them Help drive ERP, BI, and automation upgrades that modernize how the finance team works What you bring: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field 3-5 years in FP&A, financial analysis, corporate finance, or public accounting Advanced Excel skills and strong financial modeling chops A knack for translating data into a story leaders can act on Bonus points: Power BI/Tableau experience, an MBA, CPA, CMA, or CFA (or working toward one) Why this role stands out: Direct exposure to executive leadership and strategic decisions A seat at the table, not just a seat behind a screen Room to grow as the company grows A collaborative culture that values insight over hierarchy If you love solving business puzzles with data and want your analysis to actually move the needle, let's talk – APPLY NOW! #FPandA #FinanceJobs #PhoenixJobs #HiringNow #FinancialAnalyst #CareerOpportunity #NowHiring #FinanceJobs
