We’re Hiring: Vice President Compliance / Legal Officer / General Counsel We’re inviting UAE-based legal and compliance professionals to apply for a part-time opportunity suited to their level of experience. Role Snapshot Location: United Arab Emirates Employment Type: Part-Time Experience Level: Mid-Level to Senior Work Arrangement: Hybrid Eligibility: Applicants must currently be based in the UAE What the Role Prioritises Vice President Compliance: Set compliance priorities, oversee risk reviews, and guide teams on controls, reporting, and follow-up. Legal Officer: Coordinate legal documentation, review routine agreements, maintain records, and support internal stakeholders with legal process requirements. General Counsel: Provide senior legal oversight, advise leadership on material matters, and coordinate external counsel or legal resources where appropriate. Across the selected role, maintain clear records, exercise sound judgement, and handle confidential information with discretion. Who May Be a Good Fit Relevant experience in compliance leadership, legal operations, or senior in-house counsel work is preferred for the position pursued. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience is welcome. Strong judgement, clear communication, and the ability to work with sensitive matters are important. Working Terms Flexible part-time hours can be arranged around advisory needs, reviews, and agreed priorities. Hybrid working combines remote review and coordination with in-person meetings in the UAE when needed.
