Work with Plant safety leader, follow local safety legislation, develop & update company safety procedures and standards, Identify, develop, organize and implement occupational health and safety trainings, Develop, communicate and be part of implementation of safety policies procedures across the company, Review equipment /machinery risk assessments provided by the suppliers in order to achieve safe machinery during design, installation and buy-off of new vehicle programmes and launches, Involve in machinery risk assessment for the design, build, modification, commissioning and acceptance of machinery and equipment with regard to safety items and provide expertise for interpretation and implementation of machinery safety standards in Ford Otosan facilities, Be part of risk assessment teams for new technologies. What are we looking for in this position? Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably focusing on Machine Safety Engineering), Focus will be on machine Safety engineering perspective, Certified as B (or above) occupation safety professional, Minimum 4 years of experience on occupational safety, Machinery safety certificate and experience would be preferred, Minimum Upper Intermediate level English (verbal and written), Planning and organizational capabilities, Competency on health and safety legislation, Capable to act in dynamic work environment, Work in team approach.
