# Knitting Production Supervisor

General Profile We are seeking a Knitting Production Supervisor on behalf of our client company operating in the textile industry with a well-established corporate structure. Candidates who are results-oriented, possess strong analytical thinking skills, have a high problem-solving capability, and are open to learning will be considered. Purpose of the Position To ensure the effective end-to-end management of knitting production processes; achieving efficiency, quality, and sustainability targets; optimizing production operations; and improving team performance. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering or Chemical Engineering Minimum 5 years of experience in knitting production processes Strong experience in team management and shopfloor operations Advanced analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Knowledge of quality management systems and continuous improvement processes Proficient in MS Office applications (especially Excel) Good command of written and spoken English Competent in reporting and performance tracking Strong organizational, planning, and leadership skills Disciplined in time management Valid driver’s license (Class B) and active driving Residing in Tekirdağ region or willing to relocate Job Description & Responsibilities Ensure achieving efficiency targets by utilizing production factors effectively Plan daily workflow, assign tasks, and coordinate operations Establish, develop, and actively follow production processes and workflows Optimize the use of raw materials, machinery, equipment, and workforce Analyze production issues and manage resolution processes Prepare KPI reports and present them regularly to top management Participate in quality meetings and ensure necessary actions are taken Control machine settings and implement improvements affecting quality Prepare standard operating procedures, ensure implementation through training, and conduct audits Take an active role in continuous improvement activities (efficiency, quality, cost) Manage performance measurement and improvement processes HUMAN KAPİTAL Human Resources and Consultancy Services Industry and Trade Limited Company is a private employment agency operating under the authorization certificate dated 20.06.2025 and numbered 228 issued by the Turkish Employment Agency.
