This is an opportunity to be considered for upcoming Buyer positions across different apparel product groups. As a Buyer, you will combine commercial awareness, product expertise, trend insight, and strong supplier management skills to create relevant, high-performing assortments for our global customer base. What You Will Do ? Build seasonal assortment plans in line with category strategy, customer demand, market trends, and sales targets. Research fashion trends, consumer preferences, competitor activity, and emerging product opportunities to guide product development. Identify bestselling products, analyze slow-moving items, and translate performance insights into actionable buying decisions. Work closely with Design, Product Development, Merchandising, Quality, and Supply Chain teams throughout the product lifecycle. Manage product development from initial concept to final delivery, ensuring the right balance between style, quality, cost, margin, and lead time. Source, develop, and maintain strong relationships with reliable suppliers and manufacturers. Negotiate prices, order quantities, delivery terms, and commercial conditions with suppliers. Monitor product quality, fit, construction details, finishing standards, and production feasibility during the development process. Ensure product ranges reflect the needs of an international, fast-moving e-commerce customer base. React quickly to market changes and commercial opportunities while maintaining a strong attention to product performance. What We Are Looking For ? Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Textile Engineering, Fashion Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Buying, product development, merchandising, sourcing, or category management experience within the apparel industry. Strong commercial mindset with the ability to interpret sales data, identify opportunities, and make product-focused decisions. Experience in managing end-to-end product development processes , from concept and sampling to bulk production. Good understanding of garment construction, fit, measurements, technical specifications, quality standards, and cost drivers. Knowledge of different apparel product groups and their specific development requirements, including: Experience with yarn qualities, stitch structures, gauge selection, shape retention, and fully fashioned product details. Experience with wash effects, color variations, shrinkage control, hardware, trims, and durable garment construction. Experience with drape, fabric weight, stretch and recovery, print placement, embellishments, and sewing techniques. Ability to evaluate supplier capabilities, manage sample timelines, and follow up on production quality and delivery performance. Strong negotiation, communication, organisation, and stakeholder-management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, and highly dynamic environment. Proficiency in English or Chinese and Turkish , both written and spoken. Strong command of Microsoft Excel; experience with product lifecycle management or buying systems is a plus.
