Senior IT Project Specialist

We are looking for a Senior IT Specialist who will join our headquarters in Kadıköy and ensure the effective operation and continuous improvement of our technology environment. Working closely with business functions, global IT teams, and external technology partners, this role will support the development of business applications, coordinate IT projects, and contribute to digitalization and process improvement initiatives. The position will also play an important role in ensuring that our ERP platform evolves in line with changing business needs. Key Responsibilities Own the end-to-end management of software projects, coordinating with business stakeholders, global IT teams, and external solution partners from requirements gathering through delivery Coordinate the continuous improvement of the ERP platform, ensuring that new requirements, enhancements, and system changes are delivered effectively Manage communication between business users, internal teams, and external solution partners throughout the analysis, development, testing, and implementation stages of software projects Support the integration of ERP and other business applications to improve data flow and operational efficiency Work closely with business functions to understand operational needs and translate them into effective technology solutions Participate in digital transformation, automation, and process improvement projects Coordinate system installations, upgrades, maintenance activities, and technology rollouts Monitor IT infrastructure, business applications, and security practices in line with corporate standards Collaborate with global IT teams on local implementations, technical requirements, and ongoing projects Coordinate technology vendors and follow up on service quality, project deliverables, and issue resolution Support IT asset, licensing, purchasing, and budget follow-up processes Maintain up-to-date system documentation and contribute to the development of user procedures Provide guidance and training to employees on business applications, information security, and digital tools Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related discipline Minimum 5 years of experience in IT operations, business applications, or technology projects Strong experience in supporting and improving ERP systems in collaboration with business teams and external solution providers Ability to analyze business requirements and coordinate technology solutions from initial need through implementation Advanced knowledge of Microsoft technologies and Microsoft 365 applications Experience with SharePoint and Power BI Familiarity with ERP, CRM, POS, and other enterprise applications • Strong knowledge of network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, WLAN) and IT systems Knowledge of system integrations, APIs, and web services Understanding of IT service management principles and frameworks such as ITIL Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, coordination, and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow tasks through to completion Strong communication and collaboration skills Fluency in written and spoken English Why İDİS?
