The Role Build and optimise ultra-low-latency C++ systems . Develop high-performance infrastructure for real-time trading. Work across C++, Linux, networking, memory and concurrency . Collaborate closely with traders, researchers and engineers. Improve system performance, reliability and scalability. Help build and scale technology within a growing New York team. What We’re Looking For Strong C++ and Linux experience. Experience with low-latency or high-performance systems . Strong knowledge of multithreading, concurrency and performance optimisation . Background in networking, distributed systems or systems programming is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for challenging technical problems.
