Oversee daily field service operations Enter daily huddle number (includes: sales, sold hour, MTD, TGLS, & HG sold) Navigate customer complaints/concerns to reach an agreement/understanding. Gather equipment/materials needed for Installs- for installers to be able to gather & go. Answer questions regarding WaterFurnace geothermal ( as best as possible) for customers and sales people. Coordinate with dispatch to ensure the right technicians and resources are assigned to each job Monitor KPIs, callbacks, labor hours, service quality, and overall department performance Set clear expectations and hold the team accountable for results Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard technicians Identify training needs and help technicians continue developing their skills Ensure OSHA, safety, and company standards are followed Assist with budgeting, forecasting, staffing, and controlling service-related expenses Partner with dispatch, sales, technicians, and leadership to improve operations Identify problems quickly and implement solutions Build a positive, accountable, high-performing service team What We’re Looking For Deep expertise in residential HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical service work Strong operational and problem-solving skills Comfortable managing KPIs, productivity, revenue, and service performance Ability to handle customer escalations and high-pressure situations Strong communication and leadership skills Safety-focused with knowledge of OSHA and field safety requirements Valid driver's license and clean driving record Why  Davis Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electric?
