This role sits at the intersection of: Mobile development Product thinking System design Execution You will work on developing, launching, and improving mobile applications while collaborating closely with product, growth, design, and engineering teams. We are looking for builders who can move fast, take ownership, and turn ideas into production-ready products. Requirements 4+ years of professional experience in React Native development Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript Deep understanding of React Native architecture, performance optimization, and native module integrations Experience with state management solutions such as Redux, Zustand, MobX, or similar Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, authentication mechanisms, and mobile networking Solid understanding of software architecture patterns and scalable application design Ability to build, debug, and maintain backend services when necessary Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, Go, or similarStrong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment Experience publishing and maintaining applications on both the App Store and Google Play Strong ownership mentality you take responsibility for outcomes, not just tasks Fluency in English Main Responsibilities Mobile Product Development Develop and maintain high-performance cross-platform applications using React Native Architect scalable, maintainable, and reusable mobile applications Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and user experience across iOS and Android platforms Rapidly prototype, validate, and iterate on new product ideas Translate product requirements into production-ready mobile experiences Systems & Engineering Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs when needed Participate in technical architecture discussions and contribute to engineering decisions Apply clean code principles, testing strategies, and software engineering best practices Build reliable and scalable systems that support product growth Product & Collaboration Work closely with product, design, growth, and engineering teams Contribute to product decisions with an engineering perspective Help identify technical opportunities and constraints early in the product lifecycle Collaborate with designers to deliver high-quality user experiences Continuous Improvement Utilize source control, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and release management processes Continuously improve application quality, maintainability, and development workflows Stay up to date with emerging technologies and modern development practices Leverage AI tools to improve development speed, automation, and product experiences Nice to Have Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or Redis Experience with GraphQL and real-time communication technologies Knowledge of Swift and/or KotlinExperience with analytics, attribution, subscription, and monetization SDKs Experience with CI/CD pipelines and mobile release automation Experience working with Figma and collaborating closely with design teams Experience building AI-powered products or integrating AI services into mobile applications AI Enthusiast: Actively follows advancements in AI, experiments with AI tools, and leverages AI to improve development workflows, automation, and product experiences The Recruiting Process Application Case Study Talent & Culture Interview Technical Interview Final Interview
