Learning & Development Specialist

Job Description Analyze training and development needs, create the annual training & development plan, monitor progress, and prepare reports, Align training and development plans with company strategies, Manage and enhance LMS (Learning Management System) processes and ensure regular content updates, Design, organize, and coordinate training programs, Develop and implement new projects to strengthen employee competencies, Contribute to the integration of competency management and development processes, Measure and report the effectiveness of training and development initiatives, Drive innovative development activities and practices to enhance employee experience. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree from relevant departments of universities, Minimum of 2 years experience in Learning & Development and competency management, Knowledge of LMS systems and digital learning tools, Strong communication, analytical thinking, project management, and innovative mindset, Proficient in MS Office applications, Advanced level of English. The candidates will be considered Filyos or Çaycuma location.
