Motion Designer — Mobile Game Ad Creatives (Remote)

About Grace Games Grace Games is a Turkey-based mobile game studio building casual games for iOS and Android. We run our own user acquisition and treat creatives as the engine of growth: every ad we ship is tracked from first impression to player revenue, so your work gets measured — and scaled — fast. The role You'll own the production of our ad creatives end to end: video ads, playable-ad captures, store assets and rapid hook variations for Meta, AppLovin, Unity and TikTok. You'll work directly with the founder and the UA team, ship several creatives a week, and iterate on what the data says. What you'll do Produce high-performing video ad creatives (9:16, 1:1, 16:9) for our games, from concept to final export • Capture and edit gameplay footage from Unity builds; add motion graphics, UI callouts, text hooks, SFX/music • Create rapid variations of winning concepts (new hooks, first 3 seconds, CTAs, localizations) • Prepare store creatives: icons, screenshots, feature graphics, app preview videos • Follow our naming and delivery standard so every creative is traceable in our analytics • Read creative performance reports with us and turn insights into the next batch What we're looking for 3-5 years in motion design / video editing, with at least 2 years on mobile game or app UA creatives • Expert in After Effects and Premiere (or DaVinci); strong Photoshop/Illustrator or Figma • Comfortable recording gameplay in Unity and working with game assets • A portfolio of mobile game ads you've made, ideally with performance context • Speed and volume mindset: you'd rather test 10 hooks than polish one for a week • Working-level English; Turkish is a plus • Remote, full-time, overlapping with Turkey (TRT, UTC+3) working hours Nice to have Playable ad experience (Luna, Playworks, or hand-built HTML5) • Basic Unity skills (scenes, cameras, simple animation) for staged captures • 2D character/asset animation (Spine, DUIK) • Experience with Meta Ads Manager / AppLovin MAX creative reporting How to apply Apply via LinkedIn and include a link to your portfolio or showreel — applications without a portfolio won't be reviewed.
