Project Manager (Power Division)

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager for our Power Division with a strong background in drilled shaft, auger cast, deep foundation, or related heavy civil construction. This position will oversee projects from contract award through completion, with responsibility for safety, quality, schedule, budget, and overall project performance. Key Responsibilities Lead the planning, execution, and successful completion of assigned projects from contract award through closeout. Manage project budgets, schedules, resources, procurement, and overall project performance. Coordinate with superintendents, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, clients, and internal teams to keep projects on track. Review plans, specifications, and contracts to identify project requirements, risks, and opportunities. Monitor project costs, production, labor, equipment, and materials and take corrective action when needed. Manage change orders, extra work, project documentation, and contractual requirements. Provide technical and operational guidance related to drilled foundation construction, means, methods, and sequencing. Support estimating and business development efforts through constructability reviews, pricing input, project experience, and client relationships. Promote a culture of safety, quality, accountability, and continuous improvement. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred. 5+ years of construction project management experience, preferably with drilled shaft, auger cast, deep foundation, or heavy civil projects. Strong understanding of drilled foundation construction means, methods, equipment, and materials. Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and field operations. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts. Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with construction software such as HCSS, Bluebeam, or similar platforms. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel occasionally to project locations. Physical & Work Requirements Ability to work in both office and active construction-site environments. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. and perform activities requiring crouching, kneeling, or squatting. Ability to work occasional evenings, weekends, or holidays based on project needs.
