This is a hybrid role that should be located somewhere in market (DC, Alexandria, Gaithersburg, Rockville, Baltimore, Arlington, Frederick) Compensation &amp; Benefits&nbsp; $220,000 - $270,000+ inclusive of a guarantee plus clinical hour-based incentives Medical, dental, vision,&nbsp;FSA&nbsp;and HSA&nbsp;&nbsp; 401(k) with match&nbsp;&nbsp; Annual CEU budget of $2,500 annually&nbsp; Admin,&nbsp;billing&nbsp;and marketing support&nbsp; PTO + 10 paid holidays&nbsp;&nbsp; Professional liability insurance&nbsp; Employee Assistance Program (EAP)&nbsp; Short &amp; long-term disability&nbsp;&nbsp; Life insurance&nbsp;&nbsp; Office space in one of our DMV locations&nbsp; What You Bring&nbsp; MD with an active, unrestricted medical license (or ability to obtain licensure) in Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia. Active DEA registration (or ability to obtain without restriction). 3+ years of experience providing medical direction and supervision, particularly with Medicare patients.&nbsp; Board certified or board eligible in General Psychiatry. Board certification or eligibility in Geriatric Psychiatry or Consult/Liaison Psychiatry is preferred. Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC) participation is preferred, but not required. What&nbsp;You’ll&nbsp;Do&nbsp; Provide Structured Care Review (SCR) to primary treating&nbsp;clinician&nbsp;through systematic case review and treatment plan oversight (average of 32 review hours per week and 6 to 10 patient reviews per hour).
