Senior Accountant

We were recently engaged on a Senior Accountant search for a client of ours in the western Metro Detroit area. Responsibilities of Senior Accountant Analyze financial data, create reports, and present findings to non-financial stakeholders. Manage accounting operations for a client, including general ledger, accounting, and tax filings. Oversee AP/AR processes, mentor junior staff, and ensure compliance with internal controls and policies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance workflows, increase efficiencies, and execute special projects. Assist in audits, budget development, and forecasts, offering recommendations and subject matter expertise Requirements of Senior Accountant Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field 5+ years of accounting experience
