The company supports the integration of renewable energy into the grid and contributes to Türkiye’s energy transition with reliable and innovative energy storage solution ABOUT THE POSITION We are looking for Cost Accounting Specialist/Chief for our Çerkezköy Factory. WHAT MUST YOU HAVE (GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS) Residing in Tekirdağ Çerkezköy or nearby locations, with no transportation issues regarding the company shuttle service, Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field, At least 2 years of experience in production cost accounting, Strong reporting and data analysis skills, Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, Preferably good command of English, Very good knowledge of SAP CO module, For male candidates, having completed military service or having no military service obligation. WHAT WILL YOU DO (JOB DESCRIPTION) Analyze the company’s cost structure and prepare relevant reports, Monitor product bills of materials (BOMs) and production costs to ensure accurate and timely costing, Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual product-based cost and profitability analyses, Manage monthly SAP CO closing processes and analyze cost variances, Perform cost and profitability analyses by product and product group, Analyze and report variances between actual, standard, and budgeted costs, Work with Production, Production Planning, and Engineering teams on cost and process improvement activities, Create and maintain cost elements, cost centers, and profit center structures, Support annual budgeting and long-term financial planning processes, Conduct budget vs. actual cost and profitability analyses with the Budget and Reporting team, Prepare estimated cost budgets and develop cost improvement recommendations, Support feasibility studies for new products and investments through cost analyses, Prepare periodic cost, profitability, and performance reports for management, Support the determination of costing principles for overseas production and sales operations.
