# Investor Relations and Sustainability Specialist / Senior Specialist

Listed on Borsa İstanbul and operating in the technology sector, our company prioritizes transparent communication with investors and sustainability-driven value creation throughout its growth journey. We are looking for a new team member to help carry this vision forward. Purpose of the Role To be responsible for the Company's compliance with capital markets legislation, the effective management of investor and analyst relations, and the coordination of sustainability and ESG processes. Key Responsibilities Preparing investor presentations, annual reports, financial results materials, financial communication documents and other investor relations content Managing relationships with current and potential investors, analysts and brokerage houses; responding to investor/analyst inquiries and maintaining regular communication with shareholders; organizing analyst meetings and earnings calls Contributing to investor targeting activities and monitoring the shareholder/investor base Monitoring capital markets, peers and competitors, sector developments, share price performance, shareholding structure and investor perception; preparing related analyses and management reports Following regulatory developments issued by the Capital Markets Board (CMB), Borsa İstanbul, MKK, KGK and other relevant institutions Coordinating the preparation of annual and interim reports, corporate governance reporting and other statutory public disclosures in cooperation with the relevant departments Coordinating General Assembly processes and the statutory obligations of the Investor Relations Department Managing and maintaining the Investor Relations section of the corporate website, ensuring that required information and disclosures remain accurate and up to date Monitoring obligations under the BIST Sustainability Index and the CMB Sustainability Principles Compliance Framework Preparing sustainability / integrated annual reports (in line with GRI, TSRS/IFRS S1-S2 and similar standards) and collecting, consolidating and analysing sustainability and ESG performance data across the organisation Following developments in sustainability legislation and reporting standards, ESG trends and best practices, and assessing their potential impact on the Company Supporting sustainability-related stakeholder communication and contributing to the continuous improvement of the Company's sustainability performance and reporting practices Planning and implementing corporate social responsibility (CSR) projects within the scope of sustainability and ESG. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, International Relations, Industrial Engineering or a related field Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience in Investor Relations, Sustainability/ESG, Corporate Finance, Equity Research or related capital markets functions Strong command of capital markets legislation and Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) processes Knowledge of sustainability/ESG practices and reporting frameworks, particularly TSRS, GRI, CDP and related standards Advanced English (C1) Advanced MS Office skills, particularly PowerPoint and Excel Strong analytical thinking, reporting and written/verbal communication skills Detail-oriented, discreet with confidential information and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment Touch Your Career; Get in Touch with ATP!🚀 "Bu ilan sebebiyle yapacağınız başvurular aracılığıyla toplanacak kişisel verileriniz veri sorumlusu ATP Teknoloji ve Yazılım A.Ş.
