Product Manager 📍 Location: Akmerkez (4 Days in Office, 1 Day Remote) ⏳ Job Type: Full Time About Slayz Slayz is a modern investment platform operating in Turkey’s capital markets, powered by the infrastructure of Dinamik Menkul Değerler. We build simple, reliable, and intuitive investing experiences that help a new generation of users understand finance, access markets, and make smarter financial decisions. What You’ll Do • Support the planning, development, and delivery of new product features across the Slayz platform. • Work closely with design, engineering, QA, growth, operations, compliance, risk, support, and leadership teams throughout the product lifecycle. • Gather user feedback, business requirements, and market insights to help define product priorities. • Write clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and feature documentation. • Help manage the product backlog, sprint planning, and day to day product execution. • Coordinate the development of onboarding, KYC, deposits, withdrawals, trading, portfolio, CRM, notifications, and in app experiences. • Participate in product discovery, competitor research, user interviews, and feature validation. • Monitor product performance, user behavior, support feedback, and analytics to identify opportunities for improvement. • Assist with product launches, release planning, stakeholder communication, and post launch analysis. • Work with engineering teams to ensure features are delivered with high quality and aligned with business goals. • Contribute to product documentation, internal knowledge sharing, and process improvements. Who You Are • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field. • 2 to 5 years of experience in product management, product ownership, business analysis, or digital product development. • Experience working on mobile applications, web products, SaaS platforms, or digital consumer products. • Able to write clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and documentation. • Good understanding of UX principles, user journeys, prioritization, analytics, and Agile product development. • Comfortable working with design, engineering, QA, operations, compliance, support, and business teams. • Strong analytical thinking, communication, organization, and problem solving skills. • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast moving environment. • Interested in FinTech, investing, capital markets, and digital products. Bonus Points • Experience working in a FinTech company, investment platform, brokerage firm, bank, or financial services company. • Experience with onboarding, KYC, account opening, deposits, withdrawals, trading, portfolio, CRM, or lifecycle communication features. • Familiarity with Borsa İstanbul, MKK, Takasbank, TEFAS Funds, US Stocks, brokerage operations, or investing products. • Experience using Jira, Figma, Notion, Firebase, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, or similar product tools. • Experience working with iOS and Android mobile applications. • Understanding of product analytics, activation, retention, customer feedback, and experimentation.
