# Technician I - Turf Masters Lawn Care

Technician I's&nbsp;are responsible for performing core aeration or aeration and overseeding services to improve lawn health and promote growth. This entry-level role requires basic lawn care knowledge, the ability to operate aeration equipment, and a strong commitment to delivering quality service. &nbsp; Education:&nbsp;&nbsp; High school diploma or GED preferred. &nbsp; Experience:&nbsp;&nbsp; No experience required.&nbsp; Previous experience in lawn care, landscaping, or chemical application is a plus but not required; training will be provided. &nbsp; Skills:&nbsp;&nbsp; Ability to work independently and efficiently manage assigned routes.&nbsp; Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.&nbsp; Good communication and customer service skills.&nbsp; Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.&nbsp; Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.&nbsp; Ability to complete company-provided training, including safety and chemical application protocols. &nbsp; General Responsibilities:&nbsp; Perform core aeration or aeration and overseeding services on residential and commercial lawns as assigned.&nbsp; Safely operate and maintain aerators, spreaders, and other lawn care equipment.&nbsp; Load, unload, and transport equipment and materials to and from job sites.&nbsp; Assist in preparing lawns for services, including clearing debris and identifying obstacles.&nbsp; Communicate effectively with clients to explain services performed and answer basic questions.&nbsp; Maintain accurate records of work completed, equipment usage, and site conditions.&nbsp; Follow all company safety protocols, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).&nbsp; Assist with routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment.&nbsp; Support team members as needed to ensure efficient completion of daily schedules.&nbsp; Maintain accurate logs for each property serviced, including products used and observations of lawn conditions.&nbsp; Assist with warehouse organization, inventory management, and loading/unloading of equipment and materials. Pay: $18:00-$22.00
